Binagoongang Baboy

April 29, 2017 Leave a Comment

I love food with shrimp paste.  But I’m a little bit picky with the brand of shrimp paste that I eat.  My only choice is the Barrio Fiesta brand.  Which is why I’ve cooked the Binagoongang Baboy recipe I’m sharing with you now using the product.  I love a little seafood-y taste on my pork 😉

Binagoongang Baboy

Usually, the more spicy the binagoongang baboy is, the better it taste.  But of course, it depends on who’s eating it.  As for me, I recommend putting about 3 pieces of the green finger chilies.  But if you’re the adventurous kind, go on and add more!  Binagoongang Baboy (Pork with Shrimp Paste) is one of my favorite pork belly recipes.  It’s just so tasty!  Go on and try it!
