In my quest to find more recipes that uses ground meat as main ingredient, I stumbled upon Ground Pork in Tomato Sauce. I’m still having a hard time eating so for a couple of weeks, I will have to stick to ground meat and soft food. Ground Pork in Tomato Sauce is super easy to cook and it does taste a bit like spaghetti sauce. Best eaten with steamed rice.

I wonder how much more ground meat dishes I can come up with to cook but this ground pork in tomato sauce tasted great and it looked great as well! I love the mix of colors in this dish too!
