Someone requested for me to cook Oyster Beef with Chinese Broccoli. So this is just me granting his wish. It’s a chinese dish usually being offered in Chinese restaurants. I’m glad that I can now prepare this on my own 😃

The Oyster Beef with Chinese Broccoli only takes a very short time to cook. The only thing that will take time is the marination of the beef. I have a 9-minute marinator so this is not a problem for me. I love the flavor of the chinese broccoli as well. Blanched veggies is the way to go! Love the taste and the freshness of the veggies!
