In my quest to find more recipes that uses ground meat as main ingredient, I stumbled upon Ground Pork in Tomato Sauce. I’m still having a hard time eating so for a couple of weeks, I will have to stick to ground meat and soft food.  Ground Pork in Tomato Sauce is super easy to cook and it does taste a bit like spaghetti sauce.
