I love fresh fruit juices!  Fresh fruit juices or shakes are very expensive but I still continue to order it anyway when they are available in the restaurants.  One day, one of our church leaders prepared this and gave me a glass during one of our bible studies, it was so yummy that even after a few days, I continue to crave for the mango juice. Ampalaya must be my favorite vegetable to eat and cook.  Whether it’s normal stir fry, cooked with egg, cooked with pork or cooked with shrimp, the ampalaya just tasted so good!
